Reading the site
The application is a static site. It has no account system, newsletter signup, payment form or visitor-profile database. Its code does not add advertising networks or social-media embeds. Fonts and content images are served with the site rather than fetched from a third-party font service.
The theme control stores a light or dark preference in your browser as
tt-theme. It is not an account preference sent to an application server.
Clearing site storage removes it. Local search and reading controls work on
the delivered content rather than submitting personal questions to an AI.
Hosting
Cloudflare serves the site and processes network information such as IP address, requested URL, request time and browser metadata for delivery, security and operation. Hosting services can also provide aggregate usage and performance information. This site does not promise that no technical logs exist or that the operator will never inspect an error or security record.
Provider processing and retention are governed by the applicable service arrangements and Cloudflare’s privacy information. Those systems have not been independently audited for this publication. Following an external link involves that site’s practices as well.
Correspondence
An email supplies your address, message and any attachments or metadata you send. It passes through email providers and is used to handle the subject of your message. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information. There is no marketing list associated with these contact routes.
Messages should be kept only while needed for correspondence or another justified purpose. Some records may require retention for safeguarding, security, a legal obligation or a dispute; none of those is a reason to retain everything indefinitely. Provider backups and legal duties can limit immediate erasure.
The policy is not to publish private correspondence without specific permission for the proposed form. Information may nevertheless need to be shared with appropriate services or where law requires it. Absolute secrecy is not promised.
Requests and changes
Depending on the applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of personal information and to complain to a relevant authority. Write to the privacy address with enough detail to identify the request. Identity checks should be proportionate; do not send identity documents unprompted. Where a request cannot be fully met, the reason should be explained.
The site is not designed as a children’s service. Avoid sending information about a child unless necessary for a legitimate concern. Serious concerns should use the routes on Safeguarding.
Material changes to processing require an updated policy and effective date. Report a security issue privately to security@technotheology.ai.
